ZSHC is a Xiamen-based custom merchandise supply partner. Our team coordinates artwork preparation, sampling, production follow-up, quality checks, packing and export delivery across our two owned factories and three partner factories.
Samples from 1 pc are available on selected products. Send the product, artwork and size to confirm.
How long does sampling take?
Rugs: within 3 business days. Other products: within 7 business days after artwork and specifications are approved. Shipping time is additional.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Send the file so we can review the size, printing area, format and production requirements.
Which products support blind fulfillment?
All products support dropshipping. We use neutral packaging without supplier information or price tags and confirm the route and shipping cost for your destination.
Can you provide custom logos and packaging?
Yes, subject to minimum order quantities. Confirm MOQ, materials and costs with your quotation.
What information should I provide for a quote?
